Stuff is happening with Jupiter this week.
Jupiter is the planet of good luck, abundance, success, generosity, opportunity, expansion and joy!
Get ready for some energetic shifts this week!
First, Mercury Stations Retrograde on Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Later on the same day, Jupiter will enter Aries.
So, what does this mean for you?
Mercury turns retrograde (when it appears to move backward) about 3-4 times each year. It's not unusual, but it can throw people into a tailspin.
Mercury is the planet of communication, mental activities and intellect. It's reading, writing, talking, reason, memory, the way you see, hear, understand and assimilate information. It also rules over day-to-day travel, vehicles and computers.
At present, Mercury is in Gemini, the sign that it rules. Gemini energy is quick, clever, full of ideas, always multi-tasking and sometimes gets a little scattered.
When Mercury starts spinning backward, it can bring confusion to communication and everything else in its domain.
The best way to handle Mercury Retrograde is to be prepared for it and don't panic!
Don't start something new and don't try to do too much.
Do use this time to rest, reflect, rethink, review, redo. If you have projects that you have started and abandoned, go back and finish them.
Mercury will be retrograde from May 10-June 2, 2022. On May 22, it will go back into Taurus.
While it is in Gemini, be wary of misinformation, spreading misinformation, saying too much, spilling the beans and putting your foot in your mouth. Be careful about multi-tasking and trying to accomplish too much.
When it moves back in to Taurus, it may feel like things are just dragging. Use this time to relax and enjoy! Work on gardening projects, nap, clear some clutter.
The best thing that is going to happen this week- Jupiter moves into Aries!
Jupiter is known as the "Greater Fortune" (Venus is the "Lesser Fortune"). Jupiter is the planet of optimism, joy, generosity, good luck, abundance, expansion, wisdom and spiritual journeys.
Whatever Jupiter touches, expands.
Jupiter takes about 12 years to move through all the signs of the zodiac. It has not been in Aries since 2010-11.
With Jupiter moving into Aries, a new chapter is opening for all of us.
Jupiter in Aries wants us to be bold, confident, enthusiastic, passionate, courageous and innovative.
Think big, take (calculated) risks, be a leader, initiate, inspire others, live life with ZEAL!
Everything you have been dreaming about, fantasizing about or visualizing for the past year (or longer) could come to fruition.
There are some cautions with Jupiter!
Be carefree...not careless! Be wary about overindulgence and excessiveness (overspending, overeating, etc.).
The shadow side of Jupiter involves narrow focus, insensitivity, a me-first attitude, over-confidence and lack of objectivity.
Jupiter will be in Aries from May 10, 2022 until October 28, 2022. Then it will retrograde into Pisces for a bit and move back into Aries December 20, 2022-May 16, 2023.
